Dr. Gururas "Gigi" Khalsa is a seasoned healthcare provider with over two decades of experience as a licensed acupuncturist.
Her clinical background is rooted in women's health, and she has trained to become a midwife to women delivering in both birth centers and home settings.
Before acupuncture and acupuncture school, Dr. Gigi worked in the research world, designing research databases that connected researchers to journal articles behind paywalls.
Dr Gigi's clinical practice is deeply informed by her background as an information specialist. In addition to working in publishing, she worked for nearly a decade with teams of researchers at Tufts School of Medicine and The Osher Center at Harvard to help implement evidence-based teaching into the curricula in their programs.
Her adept research skills are instrumental in crafting individualized care plans, and enable her to use the potential of personalized data, including genetic insights and lab test results, to provide precise and tailored recommendations.
Dr. Gigi holds national board certification and is licensed to practice acupuncture, herbal medicine, holistic nutrition, and lifestyle medicine in the state of Florida. She earned her Master's degree in acupuncture and East Asian medicine from the Massachusetts College of Pharmacy and Health Sciences University, and an undergraduate degree from the University of South Florida, Tampa.

A skilled trainer and facilitator, NJ is the voice on the phone and your technical guide. She answers your questions about the online scheduler and product purchases. NJ focuses on community-building and community support in many ways, including: • offering peer-to-peer grief group facilitaton with a local non-profit, Grief Companions, • being a pet sitter, • volunteer with hospice , Chapters Health Hospice Care LifePath Hospice.
